Promotion strengthens Engage’s rugby leadership as the 2026/27 season gets underway
Engage is delighted to announce that Josh Channing has been promoted to Head of Rugby.
Having been an integral part of Engage since its inception in 2012, Josh has built a strong reputation for his professionalism, industry knowledge and commitment to delivering for the agency’s clients.
In his new role, Josh will oversee Engage’s rugby operations and help shape the future direction of the division.
The appointment reflects Engage’s continued commitment to a specialist, relationship-led approach to rugby representation.
