We delivered this event from concept to completion, managing everything from a comprehensive fundraising model to full production and the creation of a unique event identity and brand.

The event

A glamorous night on London’s iconic Park Lane began in style with a champagne drinks reception before guests entered the Ballroom to an impressive choral performance by the London Welsh Male Voice Choir. Following a warm welcome from Martin Bayfield, guests were treated to a delectable 3-course meal and lively Q&A with rugby legends Jamie Roberts, Mike Phillips, Bryan Habana and Mike Tindall. Legendary auctioneer, Jonny Gould, entertained and enthralled at the live auction, helping to raise crucial funds for Jamie’s chosen charity, Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital. The evening culminated in an intimate yet astounding performance from Welsh rock legends, the Stereophonics, and was a truly unforgettable night in celebration of Jamie’s outstanding career.
