Liz Williams
CO-FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
A co-founder of Engage, Liz manages the team and the strategic direction of the agency. With over 20 years in the industry, building key relationships is her forte specialising in athlete management, brand partnerships and sponsorship acquisitions.
Robert Norster
CO-FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
Bob is a Co-Founder of Engage with a lifetime of experience in the rugby industry as both an international player and business executive. Co-founding Engage alongside Liz in 2012, Bob works alongside Liz in managing the Engage team and provides strategic advice and direction for the company.
Josh Channing

Josh is a dedicated and highly valued member of the Engage team who has been a part of the agency since its inception 13 years ago. Josh has been an RFU Registered Agent for over 10 years and provides support to our athletes throughout their careers in areas including contract negotiations, image rights, brand partnerships and education. Josh also works alongside Liz on commercial projects for rights holders and brands.
Matthew Rees

Matthew is one of our RFU Registered Agents who works diligently on contract negotiations, image rights, brand partnership opportunities and player welfare. As a former player himself, Matthew understands the complexities and pressures of professional sport from the athlete’s perspective and is uniquely placed to provide advice, support and service to our talent at all stages in their careers.

Raphaël works alongside Engage in France. Raph is an FFR Rugby Agent with over 15 years of experience representing professional rugby players. Raph has been working at a Partner of Engage for over 4 years.

Joga is an experienced employment and immigration lawyer Partner at Geldards LLP, who has extensive experience in providing strategic advice in complex employment law, immigration and HR matters. Joga’s provides legal advice and support to Engage with regards to employment contracts.
